PAYMENT METHOD

We ship within the EU from Romania and all prices are inclusive of duties and taxes. The prices on this website are listed in Romanian Lei (RON) and all card payments are taken in RON, so please be aware that your bank/card provider for other currencies may charge a conversion fee. We also offer payment via bank transfer in EUR, RON, GBP & USD for customers with accounts in those currencies, and we will provide a local account number (BIC/SWIFT) and confirm the amount payable for the relevant currency on receipt of your order - we will then despatch goods as soon as payment has been confirmed. For our customers in Romania we offer Cash on Delivery for an additional fee of 15RON and will confirm the total RON amount to be collected prior to shipping. Cash payment on collection is also available within the city of Iasi.

RETURN POLICY

We only stock the very best Tom Smith Christmas Crackers and are confident that you will be delighted with your selection. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition with packaging seals intact and showing no signs of having been opened. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable, insured method to return your items as we cannot be held responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will be credited back to the card or other service used for the original purchase within 5-7 business days of your return being received by us. Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded by way of bank transfer and we will contact you for details on receipt of your return. Please note that it may take up to a further five working days for your bank to process the payment. Returns that are sent back outside of the 14-day return window and items that do not meet our return criteria are ineligible and we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you at your expense.
